Copywriting & content strategy for Construction Tech

Communications for ConTech that innovates for safer buildings

Born in direct response to the tragedy of the Grenfell Tower fire, Operance is a ConTech startup striving for safer, more transparent building practices.

With new legislation shaking up the construction industry, Operance needed help turning a technically complex product into clear, human, impactful content.

The challenge.

Making complex compliance clear and compelling.

With new building safety regulations sweeping across the UK, Operance developed an innovative platform that simplifies how building data is collected, managed and shared, especially in high-risk residential properties.

The story was powerful, the mission was clear. But, as a fast-growing startup going through multiple investment rounds, they struggled to find time to create consistent digital content that resonated.

Operance needed support to establish themselves as industry leaders and translate their technical, complex product into clear, values-led messaging that deeply connected with both customers and investors.

Our solution.

We started by getting to the root of their story - one driven by justice, safety, and a refusal to accept another tragedy like Grenfell.

From there, we created a content strategy for multiple digital platforms, including the website and social media.

Building a safer future  for all.

By translating complex legislation and product features into content people could actually understand, we helped Operance lead the conversation on building safety.
