In 2016, Hull Trains was riding a wave of national recognition and wanted their digital content to match the momentum. With a strong focus on customer experience and local pride, they aimed to deepen emotional connections between Hull, London, and the communities in between.

Weekly travel content & articles

We worked closely with the marketing and comms team to deliver two engaging content pieces each week, spotlighting independent businesses, artists and hidden gems in both Hull and London.

Through interviews, travel features and photography, we helped bring their β€œProud to be from Hull” ethos to life and turned their train route into a cultural journey.
